I wish I could rate more than five stars. This company is terrific! My home is right next door to a property owned and managed by Bespoke. If you didn’t know it was an Airbnb, you probably wouldn’t even realize it. The property is always well kept, guests are respectful, and prompt attention is given to any issue. Jamie and Jennifer’s personal skills and their attention to detail is evident. Over the years I’ve had the chance to see how they run their business. Terrific pair! Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about investing in real estate and in managing property. He has a real talent for seeing opportunities and making smart decisions that are profitable for all involved. Jennifer is equally impressive. Whether she’s helping someone buy or sell a home, or managing a property, it’s evident she takes pride in doing things the right way. Jamie and Jennifer are a great team of timely knowledge, professional skills, and personal care. It’s refreshing to see a local business that really cares about its clients, its properties, and the community in general. For this move, I also left the Midwest completely and was not there for my closing.
