Once again, Jamie and his team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire selling process and once again Jamie helped me sell for significantly over asking (30k this time around). The Bespoke team has excellent knowledge of the Madison area and Jamie was right on point with all of his guidance around setting a fair and attractive asking price that ultimately led to a great result. For this move, I also left the Midwest completely and was not there for my closing. I chose to work with Jamie from about four other realtors. What I enjoyed most about him is that he was absolutely transparent while being sensitive to my wants and needs. He was never in a hurry, and if I told him I didn't like something he understood immediately that I wasn't required to justify my feelings. This process has been extraordinary and I wish I had better words to explain just how indebted and grateful I am to Jamie for being with me. I know in my heart that I have the best deal possible. I am paying $5,000 LESS than what I was willing to pay. If I could give him higher than 5 stars I would. I truly believe that after this experience that I will be working with Jamie in the future to purchase income property.
