Bespoke Real Estate Group is led by co-founders Jamie Scholl and Jennifer Donohue.
Jamie has been a licensed real estate agent for nearly ten years, and Jennifer, who
serves as Development Manager, has held her license since 2019. Both are affiliated
with Real Broker LLC and serve buyers and sellers across Madison and Dane County,
Wisconsin, with a focus on lake homes and investment properties. Jamie and Jennifer
each got their start on established real estate teams, where they learned firsthand
how to treat not just clients, but their own people — a philosophy that still shapes
how Bespoke Real Estate Group operates today.

Meet the Founders
Jamie Scholl | Broker, REALTOR® & Real Estate Strategist
For Jamie, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about understanding the bigger picture.
With a background in real estate, investing, finance, and data analysis, Jamie brings a strategic approach to every transaction. Whether helping someone find the right home, evaluate an investment, or determine the best way to position a property for sale, he has a natural ability to break down the numbers while keeping the client’s goals at the center of the decision.
As a Broker and co-founder of Bespoke Real Estate Group, Jamie believes great representation should be thoughtful, straightforward, and highly personalized. He’s known for digging into the details, asking the right questions, and helping clients make decisions that make sense not just today, but years down the road.
Outside of real estate, Jamie is an entrepreneur, investor, avid sports fan, and the guy most likely to turn an ordinary conversation into a deep dive on history, statistics, or strategy.
Jennifer Donohue | REALTOR® & Co-Founder
Jen is the relationship, organization, and creative strategy behind much of the Bespoke experience.
After years of helping clients buy, sell, invest, and manage real estate, she developed a particular passion for the parts of the business that happen beyond the transaction: preparing a property for market, creating systems that make complicated moves feel manageable, solving problems, and making sure clients genuinely feel taken care of.
As co-founder of Bespoke Real Estate Group, Jen has helped shape a client experience built around communication, presentation, hospitality, and long-term relationships. She brings an eye for design and staging together with hands-on experience in sales, investment properties, property management, and business operations.
Jen especially enjoys working with clients who are entering a new chapter—whether that means buying their first home, downsizing, relocating, investing, or figuring out what comes next.
When she isn’t working on real estate, she’s usually dreaming up the next business idea, redesigning something that probably didn’t need redesigning, traveling, or spending time with Jamie and their dogs.
